By submitting, you confirm that your work is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

  1. 01

    Formatting requirements

    Use a bold 16-point title and an italicized 12-point author name. Body text should be 12 point, justified, and double-spaced, with bold section headings. Include an introduction, at least two body sections, and a conclusion.

    Citations

    All citations must follow Bluebook format and use footnotes rather than parenthetical citations.

  3. 03

    Research expectations

    Submissions should present a clear thesis, strong academic or legal research, credible sources, and complete citation of all sources.

    Submission requirements

    Include a completed article draft, article title, author information, a 150–250 word abstract, and a brief explanation of the topic and argument.
